| For 20 years I've had my own Fund Raising Consulting firm, so I've worked for a variety of not-for-profit organizations from human/social service agencies to arts organizations, nature centers and cultural institutions. I've run major fund drives, written grants, mentored people new to the field, and worked with and for some pretty wonderful people. I've also done a great deal of volunteer work, sat on several Boards and worked on numerous committees, all for the benefit of our Western New York community. Through all of my years of community involvement, I've come to know the region, its schools, recreation areas, cultural institutions . . . all the services you might need. I'm a wife, mother, mother-in-law and even a grandmother, so I'm quite sensitive to what your housing needs might be. Over the years, I've worked with architects, house builders and contractors to design and build two of my own homes and several work-related facilities. Although you wouldn't want me to put up your drywall, I've got a good idea what it should look like. My core beliefs include:
